Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays or emergencies can occur, which can make keeping an appointment difficult. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Please contact us at info@mybloods.ie or call us on 01-831 5202 during business hours as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

Cancellations made outside of this notice period or not showing up for your appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. 

Late Arrival:

If you are going to be late for your appointment please contact us as soon as possible at info@mybloods.ie or call us on 01-831 5202  to inform us of your late arrival. We will do our best to accommodate you with an alternative appointment time.
